1. Preorder Terms

By placing a preorder for BoardHand Edition One, you are securing a place in our manufacturing queue. The deposit is fully refundable at any point prior to final shipping notification. Estimated shipping dates are our best engineering estimates and are subject to change based on supply chain constraints.

2. Hardware Modification

The physical switches are designed to be hot-swappable. However, opening the main chassis to access the internal PCB or optical sensor array will void the 2-year manufacturer warranty.

3. Medical Disclaimer

While BoardHand is designed to reduce the lateral movement associated with traditional mousing, it is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI), Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, or any other medical condition.
